Overview
The project overview is your planning dashboard. It shows progress, highlights the next action, and gives you a clear path through the project.
The overview adapts to the project journey. Internal apps and customer apps do not use exactly the same stages.
Project Header
The top of the page shows the project name, status, progress, and key activity. Use this area to confirm you are in the right project before continuing.
If you need to update project details, use the project settings entry point available to your role.
Next Action Card
The next action card recommends the best step based on the current project state. Use it when you are not sure where to go next.
Common internal next actions include:
- Continue Project Breakdown.
- Run Internal Research.
- Answer Workflow Alignment questions.
- Open Application Workflow.
- Start Features.
- Open Technical Architecture.
- Generate Dev Pack.
Common customer next actions include the same core flow, with Market Research and PRD included where relevant.
Modules And Artifacts
The overview tracks planning modules and handoff artifacts:
- Project Breakdown - The first structured planning step.
- Research - Internal Research or Market Research.
- Workflow - Workflow Alignment and Application Workflow.
- Features - The buildable scope.
- Technical Architecture - The recommended technical direction.
- PRD - Customer-product requirements when available.
- Dev Pack - The developer handoff package.
Team And Metadata
The overview also shows team and project metadata such as app type, activity, and access context.
Tip: If you cannot see management controls, your role may not include permission for that action.
Next Steps
Use the next action card to move through the journey. When the main planning stages are complete, create a Dev Pack for handoff.
