Overview

Subscription and payment recovery helps you continue when checkout or account activation does not finish immediately. Most payment updates complete automatically, but some cases need a retry, a fresh checkout, or support review.

Resume Subscription Setup

If you return to AlphaTales after choosing a plan, the app may show a short Resuming subscription setup message. Keep the tab open while setup continues.

If the resume link is missing required information, AlphaTales sends you back to login so you can start again safely. Sign in with the same email you used for checkout.

Wait For Verification

After payment, AlphaTales may show a verification page while your account access is updated. This usually takes a few seconds.

Do not close the tab while verification is in progress. If verification takes longer than expected, wait for the page to show a retry or next-step message.

Retry A Failed Check

If verification does not complete, use the retry option first. The payment may still be successful even if the page could not finish updating the account.

If retry still fails, contact support with the checkout details shown on the page. Do not repeat payment many times unless AlphaTales sends you back to a fresh checkout flow.

Start A Fresh Checkout

If AlphaTales cannot find the payment session, return to the app and start checkout again from the latest subscription page.

Avoid reusing old checkout or subscription links because they may expire. If a plan limit or seat limit is blocking the change, adjust the plan or seat count before trying again.

Confirm Recovery

After payment is verified, continue to Projects and check your subscription page. Confirm that your plan, access, and credits match the plan you selected.

If your plan or credits do not update after a successful payment, contact support and include the email used for checkout, the selected plan, and the message shown on the page.
