Feedback

Overview

The Feedback page lets you send suggestions, report problems, or share product ideas with the AlphaTales team. Use it when you want to explain what is working, what is blocked, or what would make the product better.

Open Feedback

Select Feedback from the app sidebar. The page shows a feedback form and may also show existing community feedback or recent feedback activity.

If the page is still loading, wait for it to finish before submitting. If it fails to load, refresh the page or use the support guide to contact the team another way.

Choose Feedback Type

Select the feedback type that best matches your message. Use a bug report for something that is not working, a suggestion for an improvement, or a general comment for anything else.

Choose the clearest type you can. This helps the team understand whether the message needs investigation, product review, or a support response.

Write Your Feedback

Add a short Title and a clear Description. The title summarizes the message, and the description gives enough context to understand what happened or what you want changed.

Include your email if you want the team to follow up. This field is optional unless the page says it is required for the selected feedback type.

Submit Feedback

When the required fields are complete, click Submit Feedback. The button may stay disabled until required information is ready.

While the form is sending, AlphaTales shows a submitting state. When the message is saved, you see a success state or confirmation message.

Fix Submission Issues

If a required field is missing, complete it and try again. If your email format is invalid, correct the email or leave it blank if it is optional.

If the submission fails, review the error message and retry. If it continues to fail, use Contact Support and include the feedback you were trying to submit.

Next Steps

After submitting feedback, continue using AlphaTales normally. If the team needs more information and you included an email, they can follow up.
