Overview
AlphaTales provides two ways to communicate with the team: the Contact Support page for help with issues and questions, and the Feedback page for sharing suggestions and rating your experience. This guide covers both.
Contacting Support
Accessing the Support Page
- Click on your avatar or name in the sidebar to open the user menu.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to Contact Support.
You will see a form titled "Submit Support Request" with the note "Please provide as much detail as possible to help us assist you effectively."
Filling Out a Support Request
The form includes three required fields:

Category -- Select the topic that best matches your issue:
- Technical Support -- Platform issues, bugs, or technical difficulties
- Billing & Payments -- Subscription, pricing, or payment questions
- Account Management -- Profile settings, access, or security concerns
- Feature Request -- Suggestions for new features or improvements
- Team & Collaboration -- Team management, sharing, or collaboration issues
- General Inquiry -- General questions or other topics

Subject -- A brief summary of your issue or question.

Message -- A detailed description (minimum 10 characters). The more context you provide, the faster the team can help.
Click Submit Request when ready.
After Submitting
After a successful submission, you will see a confirmation screen with:
- A reference ID for tracking your request
- Confirmation that the support team will review your request
- Notice that you will receive a response via email
Tip: Save your reference ID. If you need to follow up on your request, include this ID in your communication so the team can quickly locate your case.
Expected Response Time
The AlphaTales support team typically responds within 24 hours.
Submitting Feedback
Accessing the Feedback Page
- In the sidebar, click Feedback.
- The page opens with two tabs: Submit Feedback and Satisfaction Survey.
Submit Feedback Tab
Use this form to report bugs, suggest features, or share general thoughts:
- Feedback Type (required) -- Select the category that fits your feedback (bug report, feature request, general feedback, etc.).
- Title (required) -- A brief description of your feedback, up to 200 characters.
- Description (required) -- Detailed information about your feedback, up to 2,000 characters.
- Email (optional) -- Provide your email if you want the team to follow up with you.
Click Submit Feedback to send. You will receive a confirmation with a reference ID.
Satisfaction Survey Tab
The satisfaction survey lets you rate your overall experience with AlphaTales:
- Overall rating -- Select a star rating from 1 (Very Dissatisfied) to 5 (Very Satisfied).
- Quick questions -- Answer yes/no questions about specific aspects of the platform using thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons.
- Additional comments -- Optionally add any extra thoughts, up to 2,000 characters.
Click Submit Survey when you have completed at least a rating and one quick question.
Tip: Your feedback directly influences the AlphaTales product roadmap. Even brief responses help the team understand what is working well and what needs improvement.
What Information to Include
When contacting support or submitting feedback, include:
- What you were doing when the issue occurred
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if available (you can describe them in the message)
- Your browser and device information, if reporting a technical issue
Warning: Never include passwords or sensitive credentials in support requests or feedback submissions.
