Overview
The Team Management page is your central hub for managing everyone on your team. From here you can view all members, change their roles, handle pending invitations and join requests, and monitor team activity. This guide covers each section of the page.
Accessing Team Management
Navigate to Team Management from the main sidebar. This page is only visible to team Owners and Admins. Contributors and Viewers are redirected to the projects page.
Team Overview Stats
At the top of the page, you see summary cards showing:
- Total Members -- The number of people on your team.
- Active Members -- Members who are currently active.
- Pending Invitations -- Outstanding invitations and join requests awaiting action.
- Total Projects -- The number of active projects in your workspace.
Managing Team Members
The Team Members tab displays a table of all members with their name, email, role, license status, and account status.
Changing a Member's Role
- Find the member in the table.
- Click the three-dot menu on their row.
- Select Edit Role.
- Choose the new role from the dropdown that appears inline.
- Click the checkmark to save, or the X to cancel.
Removing a Member
- Click the three-dot menu next to the member you want to remove.
- Select Remove Member.
- Confirm the removal.
Warning: Removing a member revokes their access to all team projects immediately. This action cannot be undone -- you would need to send a new invitation to add them back.
License Management
On Team plans, each member requires a license to access the full platform. The Team Members tab shows a license badge for each member:
- Included -- The Owner's license is included with the subscription.
- Assigned -- The member has an active license.
- Not Assigned -- The member does not have a license yet.
Owners and Admins can assign or revoke licenses through the three-dot menu.
Handling Join Requests
When someone requests to join your team (for example, through a domain-based discovery), their request appears in the Pending Invitations tab alongside outgoing invitations:
- Approve -- Accept the request and add them to your team as a Contributor.
- Reject -- Decline the request.
Tip: If your team uses a company domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com), you can enable auto-approve for that domain in team settings. This lets colleagues join without waiting for manual approval.
Pending Invitations
The Pending Invitations tab also shows all outgoing invitations that have not been accepted yet. From here you can:
- Resend -- Send a fresh invitation email.
- Cancel -- Revoke the invitation so the link no longer works.
