  • Archive projects to keep your workspace tidy
  • Delete projects you no longer need
  • Access project settings and team management

Overview

The Projects page is your central hub for all the work you own or collaborate on. From here you can create new projects, browse existing ones, archive completed work, and manage project settings. This guide covers everything you need to keep your projects organized.

Browse Your Projects

Navigate to the Projects page from the sidebar. Your projects appear in a card grid layout, with each card showing the project name, current stage, description, and the project owner.

Projects are paginated automatically. If you have many projects, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate between pages.

Tip: When you have no projects yet, the page shows a helpful empty state with a quick-create button and a link to documentation guides.

Create a New Project

Click the New Project button in the top-right corner of the Projects page. This takes you to the project creation wizard where you name your project, choose app types, and set an initial description.

Filter Active and Archived Projects

By default, the Projects page shows only your active projects. To view archived projects, click the Filter button in the toolbar and select Show Archived Projects. Switch back to active projects the same way.

Access Project Settings

Click on any project card to open the project overview. From there, click Project settings in the top-right corner. The settings page has two tabs:

  • Project Team Members - View, search, and manage team members assigned to this project. Owners and admins can add or remove members.
  • Danger Zone - Archive or permanently delete the project. Only project owners and admins have access to these actions.

Archive a Project

Archiving removes a project from your active list without deleting it. Open the project's settings page, go to the Danger Zone tab, and click Archive. A confirmation dialog appears before the action completes. Archived projects can be restored at any time.

Warning: Archiving a project hides it from all team members, not just you. Make sure your team is aware before archiving shared projects.

Delete a Project

Deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. Open the project's settings page, go to the Danger Zone tab, and click Delete. You must confirm the action before it proceeds. All features, tasks, documents, and other data associated with the project are permanently removed.

Manage Team Members

From the project settings page, you can invite team members, view their roles, and search through existing members. Click Add Team Member to send an invitation. Each member has a role that determines their level of access.

Next Steps

Now that you know how to manage your projects, explore the project overview to understand progress tracking across all stages of your product development workflow.
